A Season of Faith
and New Beginnings
Dear beloved family of RCCG Cabo Verde,
Grace and peace to you from God our Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ. It is with a heart full of gratitude and expectation that I write to you today. As I reflect on the journey God has brought us through — the seasons of prayer, the moments of breakthrough, the lives transformed and families restored — I am overwhelmed by His faithfulness.
We are living in a remarkable moment and God is moving in ways that should fill every one of us with holy boldness and fresh expectation. Our congregations are growing and the testimonies of His grace are multiplying.
"God did not bring us this far to abandon us now. Every promise He has spoken over this nation will come to pass in His perfect time."
I want to encourage you: do not grow weary in doing good. The harvest is real. The fields are ripe. Some of you are in the middle of the most difficult season of your life — your faith is being tested, your patience is stretched, and the answer seems delayed. I want to remind you of what the Word declares over you today.
"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
Jeremiah 29:11This season, we will be intentional about three things: deepening our roots in prayer, widening our reach in outreach, and strengthening the family unit in every parish. I am asking every member, every worker, every leader to make a fresh commitment — to God, to the church, and to the community we are called to serve.
Remember: you are not alone. You are part of this great family. God is moving right here. Do not limit what He can do through you.
I love each one of you dearly. My prayers are with you always. Keep pressing forward in faith — your best days are still ahead.
